The company Blueberry Capital has chosen AXIS Arquitectura regarding the fully refurbishment of the building located at Paseo de la Castellana, 232 (Madrid). The reform focuses on the transformation of an existing building to convert it into a modern student housing, managed by an international operator.

The architectural project will be managed by GSM Arquitectos, being the Project Management assumed by Albion Management.

The building, with an approximate surface of 2,000 m² and 800 m² of roof top, will include 78 suite-type rooms fully equipped and adapted for disabled people.

Likewise, the project will have common areas that will provide future users with spaces for recreation and relaxation, and among which we can mention the co-working area, meeting rooms, dining room and co-kitchen, gym, and a large terrace. on deck.

The opening of this new student housing is scheduled for January 2023.
