AXIS Property has advised a multinational company, leader in logistics and parcel, on the lease of a 6,000 m² logistics warehouse.
It is a Cross Docking type warehouse with 30 docks, with about 1,500 m² of offices.
The new tenant will carry out an activity of parcels delivery.
