Real estate consultancy AXIS Property brokered two transactions this summer in the Barajas and Alcobendas areas.

The financial advisory firm Finanbase consolidates its growth with the purchase of a space for a new headquarters –a 162 m² office located at La Granja, 1 (Alcobendas)–. Since 1997, Finanbase has provided financial, tax, and business solutions at both the individual and corporate levels.

Meanwhile, the Italian company Terranova Software is strengthening its expansion into the Spanish market by leasing a 359 m² office in the Nodo building—located at Calle Trespaderne 29, owned by the fund Corum AM. Terranova provides software solutions to utility companies in the gas, water, and electricity sectors, focusing on safety and sustainability.
