AXIS Property has advised the multinational company Konica Minolta on the rental of its new warehouse in the San Marcos Industrial Estate in Getafe. It is an industrial building with a surface area of 1,300 m² that will be used for the storage and repair of its products.

Additionally, we have also participated in the leasing of an industrial warehouse to the multinational company DYSON that will be used for the reception and repair of its products. The warehouse, located in San Fernando de Henares, has an area of 700 m² as well as outdoor parking to serve its customers.
