AXIS Property advises on 1,600 m² of office leasing in Q3 2024
The real estate consultancy, specialised in the office and industrial and logistics segments, has advised on the leasing of three office transactions in Madrid during the 3Q of 2024.
On the one hand, AXIS has advised FERROVIAL CONSTRUCCIÓN in the search and leasing of 568m² to locate one of its departments in the EUROPA III building in Alcobendas. Furthermore, and as an additional service provided by AXIS, its Architecture firm has been selected to carry out the design and execution of the fit-out works.
On the other hand, in the context of co-exclusive marketing mandate of the DELTA NOVA Business Complex at Avenida de Manoteras 46, in Madrid, the company HONTANAR TECHNOLOGY has occupied 518m² of one of the best buildings in the area, where the owner is also planning to make improvements to the services it provides to their users, with the creation of new amenities. In this way, the aim of reaching 100% occupancy continues due to the increase of the take-up pace in the building.
Finally, the company MABO-FARMA, within the process of growth and transformation that it is experiencing in Spain, has selected a 500m² office in the ONIC 6 building in Cristalia Business Park, especially well connected to Terminal 4 of the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, as well as to Campo de las Naciones and the IFEMA Exhibition Centre, to locate its new headquarters in the northeast of Madrid.
These deals reaffirm the trend towards improved contracting of office space in decentralised and peripheral areas, which are better considered by companies and users as areas in which to locate their offices.
