AXIS Property, within its exclusive marketing mandate in Segro Business Park Coslada, has brokered the lease of three 1,000m² warehouses which were available.

The logistics park in Coslada, one of the prime logistics zones of Madrid, has a total area of 16,000 m² and is completely renovated, both in aesthetic and functional terms, providing an excellent location in one of Madrid’s prime logistics centers.

Currently there are still 3,400 m² available for lease spread over three warehouses.

Segro is a REIT investment fund based in the United Kingdom with a current portfolio of some 6,000,000 m² in logistics assets.
