The real estate consultancy, specialized in the office and industrial and logistics segments, advised at the end of July on the leasing of three office deals on the outskirts of Madrid.

On the one hand, under the management of an exclusive mandate of the building located at 7 Isla Graciosa Street, in San Sebastián de los Reyes, the company LAZARUS has occupied 1,800m² of what is considered the best building in the La Marina Business Park, next to the ATRES MEDIA headquarters. This lease means an important boost for the building to reach a 100% occupancy.

On the other hand, and also under an exclusive marketing mandate, AXIS has advised the owner of the Delta Nova complex, in Manoteras, on the leasing of 564m² to the company AREXDATA.

Finally, PSD SECURITY has selected the TRIBECA Business Park on Carretera de Fuencarral to set up their new headquarters in the north of Madrid.

These deals are a breath of fresh air for decentralized and peripheral areas, which have recently suffered a decrease in absorption figures, and implies a changing trend demonstrating that quality buildings at a good price are once again considered by companies as places where they select to locate their headquarters.
