The consultancy firm has advised the property owner in the search and negotiation for leasing the entire complex located in the R-2 industrial estate in Meco.

The property, specifically focused for the development of a mixed activity of storage and the transport sector, features a modern warehouse with 4,000 m² built, as well as two parking camps of 6,000 m² each, excellently prepared for the parking and storage of large vehicles.

The Navarre company LODISNA, headquartered in Spain with a presence in Europe and recently in Morocco, has been operating since 2007 and has experienced strong growth in recent times. It has chosen this location as one of its hubs for the Iberian Peninsula.

The property perfectly meets LODISNA’s needs by offering the two camps for the development of its transport activity, with capacity for more than 100 industrial vehicles, as well as accommodating its storage requirements, which are covered by the complex’s logistics warehouse.

With this new transaction advised by AXIS Property, the consultancy continues to strengthen its extensive and ongoing involvement in the commercialization of tertiary and industrial-logistics real estate.
