AXIS Property advises on the sale of a 1,932 sqm office in Edificio Murano, located in Calle Torrelaguna 60 in Madrid. The offices, which were acquired by the Investment Fund Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios are located on the 6th and 7th floors of the building, with each floor comprising 966 sqm.

The acquisition forms part of the company’s investment strategy in Spain, as by purchasing these two floors they now own the entire building that comprises a total area of 7,000 sqm and an excellent location, fronting onto the A-2, at the junction with the M-30 and Calle Arturo Soria.

AXIS Property operates in both the Office and Industrial markets. As well as brokering the sale of the two floors as a sole agent, the Consultancy has completed other significant deals, such as letting a 12,000 sqm logistics warehouse to MRW in Daganzo and letting 6,000 sqm of office space to Grupo AB VOLVO in Aravaca.
