Real Estate Consultancy firm AXIS Property advised on the sale of a 3,067 sqm property, located on Calle Margarita Salas, in the Leganés Technology Park.

The property was acquired by Laboratorios Diater, a company in the process of expanding their business and that found the property to be a perfect fit for both their project and expansion needs.

For some years now, the Leganés Technology Park, located at the M-40, M-45 and R-5 intersection, has been the preferred location for science and technology-based companies.
