The real estate consultancy AXIS Property has mediated the sale of an 8.600m² industrial site located in the Torrejón de Ardoz Industrial Estate. The buyer of the land was Volvo Trucks & Buses, Spain, which plans to build a new generation Volvo Truck Center to serve its truck and bus customers.

The Casablanca Estate in recent years has become an area of special preference for many international companies linked to the industrial and logistics sector. Companies such as H & M, Carrefour, STEF, Leche Pascual, etc., have helped to consolidate the area in an important way.

In addition, the Open Sky Shopping Center project, in its construction phase, will provide a greater level of interest and circulation to the area, with 85,000m² built and an allocation of more than 3,000 parking spaces.
