During the last part of July, AXIS Property have advised for two industrial asset sale transactions. On the one hand, within the framework of an exclusive advisory and search mandate for a plot of land for industrial use for a French multinational company in the Horeca sector, this company have acquired a 17,500m² plot of land in the municipality of Alcalá de Henares, focused for the construction of a logistics warehouse for different uses of fridge storage

With this project, this leading company in the Horeca sector consolidates its presence in Spain with a commitment to having its own large property to provide an optimized distribution service to their clients.

On the other hand, AXIS has advised the owner of a warehouse located at Calle Ramón y Cajal, 1 in Leganés, in the sale to the company GRUPO WOON, specialized in the distribution, repair and maintenance of professional sign-making devices.

The warehouse, located on an independent plot, has a total constructed area of 3,010 m², distributed in warehouse and offices, being able to carry out activities of both logistics/storage and industrial/production type.

These transactions show the trend of good health in the industrial sector, although it is also notable the shortage of quality properties for sale, built or land, to satisfy end-user requirements interested in becoming property owners.
