The leading trading services company has selected a building in Manoteras for its new offices, with advisory provided by AXIS Property.

SUNLEND MADRID, a continuously growing company committed to efficient trading to its investor, has leased 1,152 m² of office space in the Delta Nova Complex (Avenida de Bruselas, 46), managed by Catella Asset Management.

This new location will allow Sunlend to operate as a call center providing customer services. Its primary role will be to provide sales support and manage customer service for users of online investment platforms.

This transaction consolidates AXIS Property’s position as the leading real estate consultancy in the northern area of Madrid.
