AXIS Property advises the company VARMA in the sale of its old headquarters in Alcobendas (Madrid) with an area of 5,500 m2.

The investor will reform the property in order to rent it to a multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector, for both industrial and office use.

VARMA is a leading company in the production and distribution of alcoholic beverages and food, representing more than 50 brands in Spain, such as Ron Barceló, Hendrick’s, Marqués de Vargas, Sharwood’s, among others.
