AXIS Property has advised new office leasing operations in Madrid, before the summer holidays, to two of the main tertiary property owners: Merlin Properties and Meridia Capital.

On the one hand, we have participated in the advice on the lease of 850m² in the Euronova Business Park of Tres Cantos, owned by Merlin Properties, to the company ALGENEX. This Park is consolidated as the best option for companies that value the possibility of being established in this municipality located north of the city of Madrid.

On the other hand, TECH RULES, with the participation of AXIS Property, has occupied 950m² of one of the buildings that are part of the Virgilio 2 (Meridia Capital) street complex, in the Ciudad de la Imagen of Pozuelo de Alarcón. With this lease, an important boost has been given to the occupation of the building.

With these deals, AXIS Property is approaching 5,000m² of surface advised in the office leasing market during 2019.
