The consultancy AXIS Property has advised, under an exclusive mandate, the sale to an investor of a new logistics platform.

The complex is located in the Coslada industrial area, one of the prime areas of Madrid, for logistics and last-mile activities.

It is a new logistics platform with a 4,323 m² warehouse and 742 m² of offices on an independent plot of 8,817 m².

The property has the highest construction standards, with a BREEAM VERY GOOD environmental certification.
