Under a co-exclusive mandate, AXIS Property has advised a multinational in the cosmetic and perfume sector in the sale of a real estate asset located in San Agustín de Guadalix (Madrid).

This is the sale of an urban plot for industrial-logistics uses of 73,000 m² with about 31,000 m² of buildings.

The site has a facade of more than 400m to the A-1 Madrid-Burgos highway, being one of the most relevant real estate deals in the north axis of Madrid in 2021.

The new owner is a Spanish developer that offers different marketing options, both for leasing or selling existing buildings, as well as promoting turn-key logistics platforms.
