AXIS Property, within the marketing mandate it had granted, has mediated in the sale of a logistics property located in the Alcobendas Industrial Estate.

The property, historically owned by VARMA, has been acquired by the BRUIMAVIC company, which, at the same time, has reached an agreement with a major international company in the medical sector, for the lease of the entire real estate asset.

The warehouse is configured as an independent building on a 8,000m² plot, with a total constructed area of 5,500m², divided into warehouse and offices.

The new property will undertake modernization and adaptation work on the property, in line with the needs of the tenant.
