Among others, the advice of more than five office operations, the sale of an investment logistics complex located in Coslada, and the leasing of an area of more than 30,000 m² of logistics warehouses.

The current situation of uncertainty, caused by different external factors of an economic, health and geopolitical nature, are not retracting so far the growing momentum of the logistics market, while the office market shows a somewhat more dynamic behavior than in the last two years.
