AXIS Property has been involved in two office leasing transactions in March
AXIS Property has successfully taken part in the commercialization of two office leasing deals in March.
On the one hand, we have advised the company EME in the leasing of its new headquarters, of 850 m², in a single floor of the Parque Empresarial El Plantío (Aravaca).
On the other hand, SERVEO has relied on AXIS to close the lease of nearly 1,000 m² in the office building located in the Los Gavilanes area of Getafe, also occupying an entire floor.
