In AXIS Property, we have ended 2024 and the beginning of 2025 with the brokerage of more than 5,600 m² office spaces in different transactions.
This level of take up confirms the gradual improvement of decentralized and peripheral areas, as most of the deals reached were for
properties located in areas such as Barrio del Pilar, Manoteras, Barajas, Aravaca, Alcobendas (in Diversia or Miniparc, and the Industrial estate as well), San Sebastián de los Reyes or Getafe.
