The DELIN LOGISTICS PARK SOUTH MADRID project, marketed by AXIS Property and Estrada & Partners, will have three independent buildings in Illescas

DELIN Propety begins the construction of the logistics complex located in the municipality of Illescas, next to the A-42, and with direct access from the highway itself. The project, which will have three independent buildings, begins the construction of the first of them, which will reach a total constructed area of 24,427.48 m², distributed in a warehouse and 3-storey office module. The forecast for completion of the works is for the end of February 2022.

The other two buildings projected will have a similar surface until reaching the entire complex around 67,000 m², the total surface obtained in the building permit.

It is a project located at the forefront of operational efficiency, quality design and respect for the environment, located in an unbeatable location such as the municipality of Illescas, which has become in recent times a pole of attraction for the development of logistics activity in the center of the Peninsula. In this way, companies such as Amazon, Toyota, Michelin, Seur, DHL, Carreras, XPO, FM Logistics, among others, are already operating in the area.

With this project, DELIN PROPERTY consolidates its presence in Spain, after developing the DELIN PARK EAST MADRID Complex in Alcalá de Henares.
