The main actors in the logistics and industrial real estate sector participated in the presentation and visit to the first phase of the new EAST Madrid Park - Alcalá de Henares project and the progress of the second phase works, currently being marketed by AXIS Property in co-exclusive.

In this tour, the quality of the construction with the best and most modern materials was evident, resulting in spaces with the highest standards of use in the storage activity.

Both the already leased logistics platform and the second phase, which will be available in May 2021, are tailored to the specific needs of tenants, as well as potential users.

The new 27,000 m² logistics platform will offer the possibility of dividing it into three independent units, from 6,000 m² to 27,000 m², which can be rented individually.
